About Rosie

Hi! I'm Rosie, a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach from Llandudno, North Wales. I specialise in Fat Loss and Strength Training, with qualifications in HYROX coaching and Female Physiology & Hormone Function.

Alongside coaching, I’m a bikini bodybuilder and endurance runner, having completed both marathons and half marathons. This gives me a unique perspective — whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving performance, or simply feeling better in your own skin, I understand what it takes both physically and mentally.

My coaching is all about creating a training routine and/or nutrition setup that fits your lifestyle, so you can see real results and maintain them long-term.

  • Guidance on adapting your nutrition as you progress

    • When and how to make adjustments

    • How to stay on track long-term

A structured plan designed around your goals, schedule, and experience level.

What’s included:

  • In-depth consultation form (goals, training history, availability)

  • Fully customised workout programme

  • Full access to my training app - taking you through every workout whilst you are in the gym

  • Exercise breakdown video explaining:

    • Exercise selection

    • Technique cues

    • Programme structure

  • Ongoing form feedback (via videos you send)

The complete package for optimal results. Combines the 1:1 nutritional guidance and custom training plan options.

1:1 Personal Training Sessions (60 minutes)

Pay As You Go:
£30 per session

Block of 4 Sessions:
£110
Valid for 4–6 weeks

Block of 10 Sessions:
£250
Valid for 8–12 weeks

What to Expect

Bookings & Policies

Sessions must be paid at least 48 hours in advance to secure your booking

24 hours notice required for cancellations to receive a refund
