Hi! I'm Rosie, a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach from Llandudno, North Wales. I specialise in Fat Loss and Strength Training, with qualifications in HYROX coaching and Female Physiology & Hormone Function.
Alongside coaching, I’m a bikini bodybuilder and endurance runner, having completed both marathons and half marathons. This gives me a unique perspective — whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving performance, or simply feeling better in your own skin, I understand what it takes both physically and mentally.
My coaching is all about creating a training routine and/or nutrition setup that fits your lifestyle, so you can see real results and maintain them long-term.
